Town center is set upon almost 100 acres comprising of 1,2, 2 Bedroom Duplexes and 3 bedrooms.Some of our units also come with eat in kitchens and beautiful hardwood floors.We also provide landscaping and 24 hour emergency maintenance, washer/dryer hookups and parking all for your convenience.

2 Bedroom from $499.00-$540.00
2 Bedroom (duplex) from $535.00- $540.00
3 Bedroom from $599.00-$750.00

We require a $150 non refundable deposit and an additional $25 pet rent per pet, per month.Included in your rent is water, sewer, trash pickup and lawn care, if you choose to lease an apartment.There are some restrictions on the types of animals we allow.The restrictions include pitt bulls, Dobermans, chows, Rottweiler, bull mastiffs as well as no snakes, and iguanas.There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per household.

Our application fee is $10.00! This covers the cost of the credit and criminal check.Our minimum deposit fee is $99, depending on credit and rental history.
